All of our Everglades eco-tours begin and end in Flamingo, located at the southernmost tip of mainland Florida, deep within Everglades National Park. This remote outpost is the perfect launch point into the park’s most pristine and untouched areas — from sprawling sawgrass marshes to mangrove forests and the quiet, shimmering flats of Florida Bay and Whitewater Bay.

From this starting point, Captain Todd McClintock will carefully plan a custom route based on seasonal conditions, tides, wind, wildlife movement, and your specific interests. Because every day in the Everglades is different, no two trips are ever exactly the same — and that’s the beauty of it. You’re not just getting a tour; you’re getting an authentic, adaptive exploration led by someone who knows these waters intimately.

Our trips are intentionally small and personal, designed to create a more immersive, comfortable, and flexible experience. This means you won’t be herded onto a large group boat or rushed through a generic loop. Instead, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully paced excursion where you have the space and freedom to ask questions, linger over sightings, and truly soak in the scenery.

We welcome birders, photographers, wildlife enthusiasts, families, and curious travelers alike. If you have specific interests or special viewing needs — such as photography preferences, mobility considerations, or species you’d love to focus on — we’re happy to make accommodations when arranged in advance. Just let us know when booking, and we’ll do our best to tailor the trip to your goals and comfort.

From the moment we push off from Flamingo to the moment we return, your experience will be shaped by a deep respect for the Everglades and a commitment to making your time here meaningful, memorable, and safe.
